My client is looking for a Formulation Scientist to join their growing team! If you have a science background and want to make a difference, then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and accountability at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with our Innovation and Sales teams to develop and implement creative solutions.
• Design and formulate bespoke premix blends that align with both business objectives and customer requirements.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in functional ingredients and nutritional advancements.
• Provide expert formulation and nutritional guidance across all areas of the business.
• Assess and approve high-quality raw materials from trusted suppliers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, including premix blends and individual ingredients, to address technical, nutritional, and labelling inquiries confidently.
• Drive impactful internal projects with measurable outcomes.
• Establish and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Contribute to packaging optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, FSSC, Kosher, Halal, and RSPO.
