Our client, a leading fostering agency, is seeking a dedicated Fostering Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the fostering team, including managing records, processing applications, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foster carers and children in care.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Handle phone and email inquiries, providing excellent customer service to foster carers, social workers, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a social care or fostering environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
