Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, assess, and approve potential foster carers.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers.
• Match children with appropriate foster placements.
• Conduct regular reviews of foster placements.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the care of children and young people.

Essential Requirements:

• Social Work qualification (BA or MA)
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children
