About the Fostering Team:The Fostering Team is dedicated to recruiting, assessing, training, and supporting foster carers to meet the diverse needs of children in care. As a key member of the team, you will:

• Conduct assessments of prospective foster carers.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to approved carers.
• Ensure compliance with fostering standards, legislation, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with carers, children, and multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
• Promote stability and positive experiences for children in foster care.

Requirements:To excel in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
• Current Social Care England registration.
• A strong understanding of fostering regulations, safeguarding, and care planning.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
