They are now looking to expand their technical leadership team with a Software Engineer (Currently 4 Founding Engineers) as an additional Founding Engineer.

Benefitting from generous equity options from day one, you’ll embed yourself within the business and play a key role in shaping the future of their product vision as they head towards Series-A funding and beyond, with huge ambitions to be market leaders in their field.Everything is primed for this rocketship of a business to fly to the next level and become the next big thing. After successfully completing seed-stage investment in 2024, they have already onboarded a portfolio of Global clients, including the likes of Docker, who are successfully utilising their platform.

Their VC-backers are amongst silicon-valleys most respected, with previous investments in the likes of Meta, Slack and Dropbox and the two technical Co-founders, have a proven track-record leading the architecture and development for a business in a similar sector, which ended with a huge exit.

So, who would suit this role?

We are looking for high-calibre, product-focussed Software Engineers with a record of impressive academic success and ideally, a strong start to your career in Software Development & Architecture - demonstrating responsibility in designing and delivering innovative software, at pace and scale.

If this is within a hyper-growth startup, then perfect, but ultimately, you’ll be the type of Developer that wants to make things happen - energy, hustle, entrepreneurial, super-smart and a desire to ship, so you understand how to make the correct trade-off with pace vs quality. We will also consider exceptional graduates who can demonstrate these characteristics and have ambitions to grow a global start-up.

Language-wise, you’ll ideally have a polyglot approach so they don’t mind which stack you have experience in. As you’d expect, the Co-founders drive all the good practices you’d imagine having been there before (Iac / Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and simple yet scalable architecture) and their current stack includes C# .NET Core 8, Terraform and HTMX, based on AWS.
