FP&A Manager

We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.

FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

FP&A Manager Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are desirable.
