Job Description :
Join a fast-growing luxury fashion start-up backed by a prestigious industry partner. We’re seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to shape our financial strategy and support our ambitious growth plans in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and refining financial models to support business growth.
  • Analyzing key metrics, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights on operational performance.
  • Developing reports and presentations for investors and stakeholders.
  • Supporting stock accounting processes and ensuring accuracy in inventory reporting.
  • Conducting KPI analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Delivering in-depth margin analysis, including insights on cost trends and profitability.
  • Performing stock analysis to understand inventory trends and drive decision-making.
  • Providing analysis on actual vs. budget performance and recommending actionable strategies.
  • Driving insights into cost of goods sold (COGS) and its impact on overall financial health.
  • Assisting with US tax compliance (desirable) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting ad hoc financial projects and delivering solutions in real time.
Key skills: 
  • Proven FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in retail/fashion.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools are a plus.
  • Expertise in KPI tracking, stock/margin analysis, and decision-driving insights.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus.
