What will the FP&A Lead role involve?

• Partnering with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and preparing rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and market changes.
• Delivering detailed monthly management accounts and board reporting packs to guide strategic decisions.
• Designing and maintaining financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Collaborating with senior management and department heads to enhance understanding of performance metrics versus budget.
• Supporting the business in its e-commerce operations, including working with multi-currency transactions and inventory management.

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Lead vacancy:

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models.
• Proven experience in managing multi-currency transactions, particularly within a stock-based business.
