Our client, an innovative energy solutions company, is exclusively partnered with Aila to recruit an FP&A Manager to join their rapidly expanding team permanently. About the Company:

• Turnover: c.£30m & Series B fundraising complete at £140m
• Founded in 2022, 400 employees and growing at 30 heads each month
• Sustainable & clean energy tech business, scaling rapidly

The Role:As FP&A Manager, you'll deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to the Finance Director and take the lead on business partnering with operations, supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver weekly reports across all areas of the business
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting with financial and non-financial insights
• Own the reporting and performance management of key revenue and gross margin lines
• Input into high-level rolling forecasts and the annual budget process
• Manage P&L review sessions with Operations Directors
• Business partner across the business, building relationships and adding value with all non-finance staff
• Review monthly and quarterly results, summarising financial and operational performance for stakeholders
• Play a vital role in the preparation of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Commercial Accountant with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercially curious mindset
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to build relationships across all levels
• Confident and assuring individual with an interest in a scale-up business
