• I am recruiting a (Remote) FP&A Manger for a Private Equity (PE) backed AIOps platform operating on a recurring revenue (SaaS) model.

• This is a brand-new role recently requested by their new US based PE investor.

• You must be willing to work remotely, but able to access London once a month for a finance team catch-up session.

Our client is a high growth technology client with a market leading AIOps platform; their customer base consists of large multinational enterprises. This is their first dedicated FP&A hire, so you must be able to lead the development and delivery of a first-class Financial Planning & Analysis function.

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Data (CRM) analysis and reporting.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Strategic analysis and support.
• Key stakeholder collaboration.
• Process improvement.

Non-negotiables:

• Financial modelling, you must be able to build a financial model from scratch;
• Private Equity, you must have worked in a PE backed environment;
• SaaS business model, you must have experience from a business with a recurring revenue / subscription business model.

What else?

• Academically strong you will be a highly analytical qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 3 years + of budgeting, forecasting and planning (FP&A) experience.
• Highly analytical, able to interrogate large datasets from ERP and CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce).
• Advanced systems skills including Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, solution focused.
