FP&A Manager - Venture Recruitment Partners : Job Details

Senior FP&A Manager – The Role

• Building new FP&A processes and board packs 
• Working with SLT and the business to establish key metrics for board packs
• Using Power BI and other data visualisation tools to present to the SLT and board
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
• Creating and maintaining an intelligent 13-week cashflow process to capture funding inflows an outflows
• Preparing financial models which enable and challenge decision making and new strategic initiatives

FP&A Manager – The Person

• Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA with post qualification experience
• Solid multi-currency consolidation experience
• Excellent financial modelling/Power BI skills
• Solutions focused with a flair for communication with stakeholders from both financial and non-financial backgrounds

Senior FP&A Manager- The Package

• Salary up to £80,000
• Bonus

• Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
