Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic direction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide insightful, data-driven analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers to compile and review financial information.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and board members.
- Lead the production of timely performance reporting and KPI monitoring
- Regular meetings with commercial teams and senior leadership to challenge and drive decision making
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, whilst allocating work appropriately
- Business Partner the Commercial, Operational and Technical teams to help them make informed decisions, challenging assumptions and decisions where necessary
- Contribute to the overall success of the company through effective financial management.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar Analyst or FP&A role
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Expert knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
