Description
- Leading the FP&A team to drive financial planning and analysis processes.
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues.
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitoring key industry trends, competitive environment, and market changes.
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process for the entire company.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A professional accountancy qualification, ICAS, ACCA or CIMA.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling techniques and tools.
- An understanding of the life science industry.
