The Franchise Administrator is a key role in the Operations department, supporting the Franchise Relations and Franchise Sales teams with all administrative tasks related to franchisee management. The Franchise Administrator ensures that all franchise contracts are up to date, filed and accessible on FranConnect, and alerts the relevant stakeholders of any contracts that are due to expire or renew. The Franchise Administrator also co-ordinates the sales process for new and existing franchisees, liaising with the Franchise Sales Manager and the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update the franchise contract database on FranConnect, ensuring that all contracts are filed correctly and securely.• Provide administrative support to the Head of Franchise Operations, such as drafting legal letters, reports, presentations and other documents as needed.• Monitor the status of franchise contracts and notify the Franchise Relations team of any contracts that are about to lapse, renew or terminate.• Place franchising adverts on external and internal advertising boards; coordinate with Social Media teams to ensure the right adverts are live online for specific sites across UK• Co-ordinate the sales process for new and existing franchisees, including preparing franchise agreements, disclosure documents, due diligence reports and other relevant paperwork.• Liaise with the Franchise Sales Manager and the Operations team to facilitate the handover of new or transferred franchise locations, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.• Respond to queries from franchisees, internal staff and external parties regarding franchise administration, compliance and legal matters.• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all franchise communications, correspondence and documentation.• Assist with the preparation and delivery of franchise training, workshops and meetings as required.• Conduct research and analysis on franchise trends, best practices and opportunities as requested by Head of Franchise Operations or the Franchise Sales Manager.• Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations pertaining to franchising.
