Job Role: Freelance Design Manager   

Area: Kent

Day Rate: £400 – £500 a day

I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Design Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor for a 12-month contracts, with the opportunity for further extension.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in driving design strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Location: Kent
• Duration: 12 months with the opportunity to be extended
• Projects: School New Build
• Responsibilities: Leading design coordination, ensuring compliance with client and project specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in design management, proven experience with new-build school projects, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
