We are currently recruiting for Health & Social Care Trainers to deliver a variety of qualifications and programmes in the Care Sector, via a blended and flexible approach.
You will support learners in achieving their full potential by delivering high-quality teaching and learning, through tailored training programmes and curriculum that aligns with their individual goals and career aspirations.
Key duties will include:
- Teach, assess and support learners through their qualification or Apprenticeship, through engaging methods.
- Build positive relationships with learners, advising and motivating them
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners needs, enabling them to achieve their full potential
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date diary, efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
- To safeguard learners and encourage their personal growth and understanding of personal safety, Prevent Duty and British Values.
- Co-operate with quality assurance activities
- Attend standardisation and/or CPD sessions (you will be paid for this)
Essential Criteria:
- Occupational experience in the Care Sector
- A good level of ICT Skills
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with reasonable travel
- You must hold the relevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification
Desirable Criteria:
- Hold a qualification at Level 5
