Key Duties will include:

• Develop and implement own strategy for recruiting employers and learners to various courses and programmes.
• Provide information on courses and qualifications, identifying eligible leads for follow-up
• Capture key information required for potential employers and learners
• Generate and maintain a database of potential employers and learners
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and applications
• Follow-up on leads via calls and emails
• Secure and forward eligible enrolments to Head Office

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Recruitment/Sales experience with excellent persuasion skills
• Knowledge/experience of recruiting for educational courses and qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Experience of candidate relationship management
• Supberb verbal communication skills
• The ability to work productively and without supervision
• Handling candidate and client information with discretion
