Freelance Site Manager - Fusion People Ltd : Job Details

Regional Midlands contractor that are working on a health care framework contract, have a project for circa 6 months where they are looking for a site manager to work on a combination of refurb and cut & carve works to existing areas of the hospital which are all cordoned off with no access to the public but have a large element of M&E involved so a good understanding of managing this subcontractor will be required. Reporting in to the Project Manager your role will be to supervise, manage and control subcontract trades/labour packages on a daily basis, site inductions, RAMS and general Health & Safety. As hospital is still live and general public will be on the premise, you will required to be a client faced individual as there may require interaction to ensure public are kept out of working areas.

Prior experience working on hospital projects would be a distinct advantage but not an essential requirement, CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no application will be considered.
