Our client is seeking a highly experienced freelance email designer to elevate their existing email templates. This is a pivotal project that will have visibility across millions of customers and multiple brands.

Role Overview:As a Freelance UX/UI Email Designer, you will transform the client's current email templates into modern, user-friendly, and customer-focused designs. You will ensure these templates are not only visually impactful but also optimized for seamless usability, accessibility, and user interaction. These emails will reach a database of over 8 million subscribers and play a key role in the company's customer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and enhance existing email templates to ensure they are modern, user-friendly, visually impactful, and optimized for an exceptional user experience.

• Create email designs that work seamlessly across the client's four brands, ensuring consistency and adaptability.

• Incorporate a customer-first and UX-focused perspective, ensuring designs appeal to a diverse audience while prioritizing usability and clarity.

• Present and gain buy-in from executive stakeholders.

• Provide a portfolio showcasing similar work and demonstrating expertise in email design.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in email design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and impactful email designs.

• Proven ability to create customer-centric designs that are easy to navigate and visually compelling.

• Experience designing for large-scale audiences; familiarity with large databases (e.g., 8+ million subscribers) is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work to brand guidelines.

• Flexible and adaptable; able to tweak designs across multiple brands once a core template is finalized.

Preferences:

• Familiarity with the hospitality or luxury sector is an advantage.

• Ability to manage feedback from stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.

• Understanding of email marketing best practices and ensuring designs drive engagement.
