French or German Speaking Credit Controller - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are currently working with an industry leading client based in Blackburn. They are seeking a French or German Speaking Credit Controller who will be responsible for managing and coordinating our company's debts and ensuring prompt payments of invoices.

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring customer accounts for late payments, missed payments, and other irregularities.
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Providing customer service and support.
• Adhering to company procedures and policies.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Proven experience in a credit control position.
• Fluent in French or German.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

In return you will receive:

• Completive salary depending on experience, £24,000 - £27,000
• Performance related bonus
