The role:- Answer calls and emails ensuring a prompt response- Resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed- Process orders, prepare quotes and sales reports- Maintain and update customer records- Be responsible for stock control, shipments, pricing and compliance- General administrative duties- Liaise with internal departmentsThe candidate:- Fluent in either French or German essential- Experience in customer service or sales support- Excellent communication skills- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organisational skills- Dynamic, confident and ability to work under pressure

The salary: up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
