As the first point of contact, you will need to :

• Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage a busy reception area, ensuring it runs like clockwork.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the team.
• Contribute to the positive, lively atmosphere in our office.
