My client is seeking a skilled Front-End Lead Developer to lead the development of high-quality user interfaces using Vue.js. You will manage a team of developers, ensuring code excellence and collaboration with designers, product managers, and back-end teams. This role offers a clear pathway to progress to CTO.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end developers.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance user interfaces using Vue.js.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end teams to deliver responsive web applications.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and set high coding standards.
• Implement state management (e.g., Vuex) and optimise performance.

• 5 years’ experience with Vue.js and its ecosystem.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
