Role Overview: As a Front of House Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Catering Team Leaders and Assistants, ensuring all guests have outstanding dining experiences. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of food safety, presentation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas. You will interact directly with guests, enhancing their overall experience while also focusing on team training and continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Maintain strict standards of food safety and presentation.
• Engage and interact with guests to ensure a satisfying dining experience.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for team improvement.

Who Are We Looking For?:

• Individuals with a strong understanding of high-volume/mass catering.
• Extensive knowledge of food, dietary, and allergen safety.
• Proven experience in managing and training teams.
• Qualifications in Food Safety and Allergen Management (desirable, but not essential as training is provided).
