Role Overview:
As a Accommodation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us prepare our properties for student arrivals. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth setup of accommodation, making sure everything is in place for a great student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administrative tasks related to student move-ins, including processing paperwork and updating records.
- Help with the setup and preparation of properties, ensuring that all rooms and communal areas are ready for students.
- Conduct property inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure all necessary supplies and materials are in place.
- Provide support on move-in day to ensure a smooth and efficient process for students.
- Answer any queries from students or parents regarding the accommodation.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help.
