Key Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities will include:
- Support our residents in their day-to-day activities
- Assist with activities and events
- Answer telephone enquiries internally and externally ensuring that queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaberate effectively with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure the highest level of service and support
- Provide support to residents, their guests and visitors
- Deliver a food and beverage service at a high standard in the restaurant
- Hot drinks and bar drinks served as required throughout the day
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Undertake any activities that fall under the Health & Safety policies and procedures.
