Front Office Regulatory Change Project Manager - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in managing complex projects, especially those involving regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the following areas:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing project artifacts, including project plans and terms of reference.
• Regulatory Change Experience: Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID, Dodd-Frank, and EMIR, with the ability to navigate the intricacies of compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience interacting with senior stakeholders, particularly in legal and compliance settings, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Self-Starter: A proactive problem solver who can work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion without the need for constant supervision.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in securitisation
