FS Transformation Consulting Director - Urban Connect : Job Details

Renowned business transformation boutique management consultancy seeks a Finance Transformation Consulting Director to lead their FS Transformation service line.

You would be joining an award-winning consultancy who are IT and industry-agnostic advising household name clients on back-office transformation to help drive better business outcomes.

What you'll be doing?

• Advising clients on finance service design, change management, operating models, IT roadmaps and finance cloud technologies.
• Leading consulting teams to shape client future financial services.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Contributing internally on new ways of working, process improvement and capability development.
• Driving consulting sales activities and business development pipeline.

What you'll have?

ESSENTIAL:

• Financial accreditations such as CIMA, ACCA and/or ACA.
• Track record of leading consulting teams on external Finance Transformation consulting engagements.
• Seasoned management consulting experience in a senior leadership role engaging c-suite stakeholders such as Chief Financial Officers (CFOs).
• A track record of generating new business in a consulting environment to the tune of at least £500,000 per annum.

DESIRABLE:

• Previous experience of creating finance shared service centres.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience.
