Fund Controller - Interim

£450-£550 per day inside IR35

London

Cobalt is exclusively supporting a fantastic Real Estate Investment firm in their search for an Interim Fund Controller for their UK flagship pricing and distribution fund for this hands-on role.

Key responsibilities:

• Fund Accounting oversight and prep work
• Tax reporting, including VAT & CIS reporting
• Accounting for new transactions, dealing with SPA and NAV adjustments
• Year-end accounting for the fund, reviewing the quarterly and year-end accounts
• Review junior Fund Accountant's work

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified or QBE
• Real Estate Fund Accounting experience
• Available to start the role in November
