Furniture Sales Consultant - Christchurch - Up to £23k plus commissionAre you an experienced Furniture Sales Consultant with excellent customer service experience?Do you have previous experience working as a Furniture Sales Consultant?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:As the Part-Time Office Manager, you will be overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing a team of 4 through regular 1-to-1 meetings and providing leadership to ensure smooth workflow. Your duties will include general office administration, handling reception tasks, and being the point of contact for suppliers. You will ensure compliance with regulations, manage audits, and keep the office running efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.About the company:You will be offering expert advice and driving sales throughout the store, helping customers find the perfect products. Boost your earnings with extra commission by adding delivery, warranty, and other service options to every sale!What we're looking for:Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a face-to-face sales role within a target-driven environmentConfidence in welcoming and engaging customers as they enter the store.Proven experience in furniture sales or similar product categoriesCollaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approachHours & Benefits:Monday to Saturday 9 - 5.30pm and Sundays 10 - 4pm.Working a 4-weekly rota, but this would change when holidays are taken, so flexibility is key.This would be on 37.5 hours full time.Are you interested in the Furniture Sales Manager role and would like to be considered?
