We are looking for a skilled professional to take charge of a crucial contract, ensuring the repair and servicing of heating systems across 7,000 homes annually. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within the social housing sector, improving the quality of life for thousands of residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of the Gas and Heating Services Contract, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional performance.
• Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues proactively to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
