Gas Engineer Commercial - Antac : Job Details

Are you an experienced Gas Engineer with commercial experience looking for a new opportunity within a supportive team?

We are looking for a Gas Engineer with Commercial experience to join our team in Northolt on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the RAF site. This includes servicing, breakdowns and general maintenance. You'll be working within a supportive team who, together, ensure that the site always operates to a high standard.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Maintain and service commercial gas boilers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Replace gas meters and booster sets
• Servicing commercial hot water cylinders
• Maintain and repair gas systems across the site
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues swiftly
• Review jobs and order materials to meet SLAs
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to complete and sign off job paperwork

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working within a commercial environment as a gas engineer.
• Strong mechanical understanding that can be used to diagnose and resolves issues across the site
• Commercial Gas qualification (COCDN1) Is essential however, we will support you in obtaining any further certifications as required (CSGA1, CIGA1, COCN1 etc)
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade
• Good knowledge of commercial gas and heating systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass Security Clearance to work on MoD site
