GenAI Python Engineer

?? Daily rate: £800 - £850 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

Contract Length: 11 months

?? Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days onsite) Office conveniently located 4 mins walk from Canary Wharf train station

Join our team as a highly skilled and motivated GenAI Python Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement GenAI use-cases on our client's strategic platforms
• Hands-on coding, system analysis, design, and project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features
• Continuously improve software performance and fix bugs
• Explore and implement new technologies for maximum efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and drive best engineering practises
• Ensure high-quality, well-tested, and documented software

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with GenAI and strong Python skills
• In-depth knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Dask, and LangChain
• Expertise in Kubernetes, backend development, and scalable APIs
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practises
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree in a technical field required; Master's degree preferred

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to inspire and lead project teams
