�? Technical Project Manager - GenAI Initiatives �?

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic team at the forefront of Generative AI advancements. As a pivotal figure, this individual will shape our client's strategic direction and spearhead transformative, company-wide GenAI initiatives. ??

Hybrid working - 3 days in Canary Wharf and 2 days remote

Up to £850 pd inside IR35 via umbrella

Role:

? Manage Complex Projects - Lead large, multi-faceted GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.

? Technical Leadership - Provide guidance and expertise in GenAI technologies, including architectural design and implementation of best practises.

? Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with diverse stakeholders to define project scope, support onboarding, and track usage and ROI.

? Project Planning - Create detailed project plans that meet stakeholders' needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.

? Risk Management - Assess project risks, apply a proactive approach to track progress, and identify potential problems before they occur.

? Communication - Maintain clear reports, communicate milestones and updates to all concerned parties.

? Problem Solving - Recognise and articulate problems, facilitate collaboration to solve them, and ensure timely resolution.

? Best Practises - Define, teach, and enforce good project management practises.

? Compliance and Ethics - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

?? 6-10 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment.

?? Strong background in software development, data science, or machine learning with experience in GenAI technologies.

?? PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma is a plus.

?? Bachelor's/University degree in a technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
