General Insurance Advisor

£24,000 base + up to £12,000 in bonuses OTE £36k

Gloucester Office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (No Weekends!)

Consegna Talent are proud to be supporting a successful, expanding Mortgage brokerage based in Gloucestershie. They are seeking a motivated, hungry, driven sales professional to provide excellent client service, manage insurance policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice on insurance products.
• Policy Management: Assist with policy purchase, renewal, and administration, ensuring accurate records.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on client activities and policy renewals.
• Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or insurance sector.
• Certifications: Relevant qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma) are a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of general insurance products, UK regulations, and proficiency in insurance software.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
