My clients are looking for a General Manager for their Industrial Cleaning Business

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:

  • Attentive, effective support to customers to ensure timely delivery of service promise across multi sites
  • Experience in managing cleaning / facility services in a business to business environment
  • Strong people leadership and management skills
  • Experience managing Health & Safety
  • Driven by your attention to detail and customer focus
  • Be able to train, manage and motivate staff, whilst managing staff absence ensuring service levels are reliably met
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
