General Manager - HCP INTERNATIONAL : Job Details

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee their dealership, with the potential add additional locations within the next couple of years.This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a start-up environment and has the drive to lead a business from the ground up. You will have full P&L responsibility, working closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the dealership's vision, with a clear path to expansion in the near future.The Role

• Lead the operational and strategic direction of the dealership, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations including sales, aftersales, customer service, and marketing.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, driving a culture of excellence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the corporate office on expansion plans for future sites.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet targets.
• Implement innovative strategies to increase market share and brand presence.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• A track record of success in achieving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
