As a General Manager based at DHS in Guernseyyou’ll be responsible for:   

• Leading and mentoring a team of 10 colleagues, building a high-performance culture within the branch.

• Proactively identifying new and existing business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Managing the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
