A General Manager is required to lead a specialist manufacturing business, responsible for Commercial Sales & Marketing developing strategy for growth into new and existing customers. In addition you will manage Technical, marketing and responsible for all people on site.

Description

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry,
• Capable, collaborative leader
• Previous P&L responsibility
