We’re seeking an experienced Leisure General Manager to lead a busy multi-faceted Leisure Venue in the Bristol area. This is a busy, thriving leisure venue and this a fantastic opportunity to lead teams, achieve outstanding results, and positively impact the lives of others.We’re looking for a knowledgeable Health club or leisure manager who is adept at managing multi revenue streams and keen to drive the business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities? Operational Leadership - Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining high-quality guest experiences.? Health & Safety Compliance - Conduct risk assessments, oversee training, and promote a safe working environment.? Financial Performance - Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and business strategies.? Team Management - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.? Customer Experience - Maintain excellent service standards and facility upkeep to enhance visitor satisfaction.Who We’re Looking For?? Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Leisure Manager.?? Strong leadership and people management skills.??
