Are you a hardworking and reliable individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in civil engineering?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced general operative to join our team on a busy civil engineering project in Wetherby. You will be assisting our experienced groundworkers with a range of tasks, contributing to the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting groundworkers with various tasks such as digging, laying pipes, and general site clearance.
• Operating machinery and equipment as instructed, including but not limited to hand tools, power tools, and small plant.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Working effectively as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.
• Abrasive wheels and manual handling tickets.
• Previous experience working on civil engineering sites is essential.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
