We’re excited to be hiring General Operators for a leading client in Haverfordwest! This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for individuals looking to establish a long-term position within a dynamic team environment.

Pay: £11.44 per hour (with an additional £1.60 per hour for night shifts)Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in line with safety and quality standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality
• Flexible with rotating shifts and a strong team player
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial
