Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Geography curriculum that caters to diverse learning needs.
• Lead the Geography faculty, utilising your extensive teaching and leadership experience to drive success.
• Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve both individual and collective educational targets.
• Foster an innovative and creative learning environment to engage, enthuse, and progress learners.
• Ensure sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement within the Geography department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Ability to teach Geography to GCSE standard.
• Demonstrable experience in leading a team or faculty within a school setting.
• Strong organisational and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of improving standards and raising pupil outcomes.
• Experience in innovation and creativity in teaching methods.
