The salary for this position is £24,100 - £25,100 per annum, depending on experience and is a full-time, permanent position.

To be considered for this role you must be fluent in German.

Key Skills and Experience of a German Customer Service Advisor:

• You need to be fluent in German
• A passion for providing excellent customer service is required
• Previous reservations or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
• You will need to have excellent writing skills as you will be required to email customers
• Strong attention to detail is also required
