German speaking Account Manager Affiliate Marketing - Language Matters : Job Details

A German speaking Account Manager with experience in clients' relationships is currently sought for a top forward-thinking ecommerce. They are looking for an Account Manager in the digital marketing and ecommerce sector, who speaks German to a native level and is happy to take on new tasks as the responsibilities of this role are ever-changing and expanding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Grow and develop existing relationships with advertisers and partners on the German Market
• Negotiate exclusive offers and better commercial arrangements with retailers, agency representatives and affiliate networks.
• Identify new opportunities within your assigned retailer and network portfolio, and proactively target these opportunities.
• Work closely with Content and Editorial teams on seeking opportunities to grow clients, improve strategy and achieve successful outcomes.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English to a native level, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in clients' management and sales
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, online marketing, digital marketing, content marketing or PR sectors
• Educated to degree level in marketing or a similar field
• Commercial awareness, confidence and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellence in building relationships and working with different teams and clients.
• Comfortable presenting opportunities face to face, speaking on the phone and meeting new clients at networking events.
