German Speaking Accounts Assistant

Permanent - Hybrid

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a global firm, based in the Leeds area, who are looking to appoint a German Speaking Accounts Assistant into their busy team.

The successful applicant with have a minimum of 12 months experience within finance with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Please note, Strong German Language skills are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a large, supportive finance team within a progressive business that really value their employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly & annual tax returns, liaising with UK and German teams
• Perform reconciliations
• Facilitate with audit
• Compile annual tax accounts in line with requirements

Person specification:

• German language fluency required
• General finance skills essential
• VAT/ Reconciliations experience preferred
• Strong systems skills including Excel
• Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
