Job title: German Speaking Application Support AnalystClient: Investment FirmSalary: Circa £115,000 + Bonus/Perks

My client are a top investment firm in the heart of London that champion a friendly/flexible working environment as well as forward thinking technical mindset. They are looking for a native German speaker to join their Application Support team to cover in house and 3rd party software used by the business.

Core responsibilities:

• BAU / Triage – 1st /2nd line support to ensure integrity and availability of supported applications for internal and external customers
• Plan, prepare and deliver project requirements
• Manage service desk requests/Follow Procedures to resolve service desk tickets
• Manage Vendor relationships as necessary
• Team members are expected to work a 2 shift system 07:00 start time to cover start of day and 10:00 to provide cover until 18:00

Core skills required:

• 5 Years+ application support experience - essential
• Native German speaker - essential
• Windows / SQL, – Essential
• SQL Statement writing – Essential
• Back Office Experience – Essential
