The company:A multinational corporation with their headquarters in the US that design, develop and sell a variety of speciality products exclusively to markets worldwide

Main duties:Working from Monday to Friday, you will be responsible in providing business support to the German sales team as well as be the first point of contact serving as a liaison for the international accounts

The role:- Respond to enquiries via phone and email providing outstanding customer service- Order processing for customers and the sales team ensuring accurate data entry- Be responsible for arranging the transport and delivery of orders- Proactively recommend improvements to the admin procedures and implement accordingly- Reporting as needed- Administrative duties as needed

The candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential- Customer service / administrative experience beneficial- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail- Confident, good attitude, courteousThe salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
