A German speaking Collections Executive to join the Collections department for a global embedded Financing Platform.

Client Details

An award winning Fintech financing platform for top e-commerce and payment platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Dojo, Google, Just Eat Takeaway, and Takepayments.

Description

• To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
• Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
• Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
• Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
• Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.

Profile

• MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
• At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance
• Be highly reliable, organised and reliable.
• Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.
• Team player.
