  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Order processing management.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Profile

A successful German Speaking Customer Support representative should have:
